A Yoga & Jungle adventure in one

Last Saturday we teamed up with the Lovely Alison Batley from YogaBugs for a live online Yoga class for kids. Last Saturday we teamed up with the Lovely Alison Batley from YogaBugs for a live online Yoga class for kids.
The class was designed for kids to enjoy Yoga through a fun story-led adventure. Alison transported the kids into the Jungle to discover the animals, meeting a giraffe and lion along the way. The 45 minute session whizzed past in no time. It was great to see the kids getting into the story and interacting with them online.

Here's what the parents had to say:

"Alison was a really good teacher, she really pitched the class well for the kids and the adventure she took them on had Misty doing every pose and keen to do another class."

"Nice interactive way to do yoga."

YogaBugs is the largest children's Yoga inspired activity in the UK. The teachers brings stories to life through Yoga inspired moves and exercises, creating a fun and engaging way to get kids excited.
