We've teamed up with Alison from YogaBugs for a fun story-led Yoga class for kids. No matter where you are, you can join our online class. It's live and interactive, so this means the kids will be able to see, hear and talk to their teacher and each other during the online class. It's free to join.
Children have lots of fun whilst doing the Yoga postures - it's designed so that kids of all levels can enjoy it. Yoga is great for improving focus, concentration, muscle strength and flexibility. It brings a sense of calm and introduces children to relaxation and meditation time.
